Once a lesson time is agreed then the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 48hrs notice = no charge. (We'll re-arrange the lesson for another time).

​

24 to 48hrs notice = 50% of lesson cost.  (We'll re-arrange the lesson for another time).

​

Less than 24hrs notice = Full cost of lesson due.  (We'll re-arrange the lesson for another time but it must be paid for as a new lesson).
